People are aware of their conscious beliefs and behaviours, but often don’t acknowledge their subconscious mind and is oblivious to the major role it plays.

​

The fact is that the subconscious mind is a million times more powerful than the conscious mind and that we operate 90% of our lives from subconscious programs.

​

Your subconscious beliefs are working either for you or against you, but the truth is that you are not controlling your life, because your subconscious mind supersedes conscious control.

​

Hypnosis allows access to that part of the mind that controls all your subconscious programs and habits. 

In order to facilitate change you must rewrite or adjust some existing programs to achieve the change or new habits you desire.

This is when change becomes easier, faster and less stressful.

I do all sessions via skype as this allows me to help anyone wherever they may be.

This enables you to have your session at a time convienient to you at a location of your choosing - no need for you to travel.

A powerful combination of Hypnosis, Nlp techniques and Life coaching principal ensures powerful and rapid change.

Usually between 3 - 6 sessions are required depending on the issue we are dealing with. 

Some issues can be resolved in just one or two sessions, others need more intensive work over a longer period of time.

​

The Innitial Session is 2 hours. 

​

This is where I get to know you and your unique situation and goals.

Your hypnosis session is tailored to your specific needs, challenges and desired outcomes, taking into account your believe system, background, motivation, and strengths. 

​

After your hypnosis session you will receive a copy of it, that you should listen to every night until your next appointment.

​

Subsequint sessions will be 1 hour long.

​

We will fine tune and modify the sessions as needed as we go along. After each session you will receive a copy to listen to.

​

You will receive a form to complete and return at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This enables me to be fully prepared for our session and free up more time for the really important stuff.

​

Please confirm your appointment by paying at least 48 hours in advance and sending proof of payment via email.

​

It is important to ensure that you will not be disturbed during your session. Turn notifications on your computer off and switch off your phone. Wear comfortable clothes. Make sure you can be comfortably seated or even beter, reclined and head phones are recomended.  

​

A recording of your personalised session will be forwarded to you, please listen to this recording every night when going to bed until your next session.

Many of these stems from how hypnosis is portrayed in the movies and on television. Although it makes for fascinating story lines and entertainment these portrayals are commonly not based on any truth or fact.

 It's alo not a truth serum - you will only divulge what you feel comfortable with.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS ?

 

People are often very surprized to learn that hypnosis is a natural state that their mind and body moves in and out of throughout each day.  

​

This happens while driving far or using a well-known route. That feeling when you drive to work or home and upon arriving you realise you can’t remember much of the journey or you suddenly wonder if you have already passed your exit. It’s as if you were on auto pilot. Even though you were in a natural hypnotic state, you know that If something happened which required your attention or action, such as a car trying to pass you or suddenly slowing down in front of you, your body and mind would be able to properly and instantly react.

The same state occurs upon just waking and just before drifting off to sleep, when you are immersed in a good book or movie, playing video games or daydreaming. Time seems to stand still, even though you may have spent a lot of time immersed in the activity it can seem fleeting to you.

​

Typically you will feel deeply relaxed and comfortable while under hypnosis, and as the session continues you may or may not remember all of what is said to you.

WHO CAN BE HYPNOTIZED ?

Anyone who can pay attention and follow instructions can be hypnotized if they want to be. Some people believe that to be hypnotized you must have a weak mind. Nothing could be further from the truth. Never mind how intelligent or strong willed you are you can easily reach a hypnotic state as hypnosis is not a contest of willpower. All that is needed is your permission and willingness.

All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis, I am just guiding you into the hypnotic state with your permission.

HOW DOES HYPNOSIS WORK ?

Hypnosis combined with the right suggestions can be used to make changes in almost any area of your life, the possibilities are endless. It helps to change your subconscious programming, putting the power of your mind towards improving your life.

 

This enables you to be the person you want to be, with the habits, traits and abilities you desire.

It is used all over the world with very successful results for weight loss, smoking cessation, stress relief, pain control, fears, phobias, general goal achievement, performance enhancement, confidence, motivation, developing a healthy self-esteem and the list can go on.

​

To understand how hypnosis and hypnotic suggestions works, you have to understand a bit about how our minds work.

The mind can be divided in two sections.  

 

The Conscious mind which accounts for 10% and the Subconscious mind that makes up the 90%

​

Our conscious mind is where our logical thinking, planning, analysis, judgement and willpower happens and our short-term memories are kept.

​

We use our conscious mind to decide that we want to implement change but this change is extremely difficult if not impossible without the consent and help of the subconscious mind. Without it we experience an inner conflict.

Getting your conscious and subconscious mind to be in agreement is key in achieving successful and permanent change and can greatly reduce the felt stress, time and effort needed.

The subconscious mind is the powerhouse of your mind.

​

It holds 90% of your ability to have, do and be what you really want in life.

The Subconscious mind, controls all our living functions that keep us alive, as well as all our automatic behaviour patterns. Our habits, emotions and long term memory is found there. It holds all your values and beliefs intact.

​

The problem is that your subconscious is resistant to change. This is especially true when you attempt to change a longstanding behavior, belief, or attitude.

​

You can’t simply inform your subconscious that you would like to change something. It is not as easily communicated with as is the Conscious Mind.

​

Information is imprinted in the Subconscious essentially in three ways: through trauma, through repetition, and through the language of Hypnosis.

Hypnosis is the quickest and most efficient way to communicate with the Subconscious.

​

In hypnosis, we temporarily relax the conscious mind and open the doorway to the Subconscious Mind with your permission.

 

Now the helpful and healing suggestions can be presented to the powerful subconscious mind by a competent and skill full hypnotist who can provide information, in a language and form that the Subconscious can accept.

 

Then, the two parts of the mind, can work together in cooperation with little tension, upset, or stress.

 

Deep in your mind, changes can take place that allow you to feel different emotions, have different habits, learn things quickly and respond favourably.

DOES HYPNOSIS WORK ?

Hypnotherapy is extremely effective.

 

Consider the findings from an American Health Magazine study that found that Psychoanalysis had a 38% recovery after 600 sessions, with Behavior Therapy at 72% recovery after 22 sessions and Hypnosis getting 93% recovery after 6 sessions.

Famous and successful people often utilize the benefits of hypnosis to enhance their lives and success.

​

Ever since Matt Damon went on national TV and told Jay Leno that using hypnosis was “the greatest decision I ever made in my life" it seems that everyone in Hollywood is now trying hypnosis.

HOW FAST DOES IT WORK ?

How long it takes before the changes of hypnosis are seen is different for each individual. Most will see immediate changes in some areas but will require more work in others.

 

Each treatment is individualized. Our sessions will be tailored to you and your needs. The most successful clients are those who commit to personal change.

 

Generally, 3-6 sessions are needed.

​

To afford your subconscious mind the opportunity to reprogram to the new mindset I will make a copy of our sessions and you should listen to it every night between sessions, just before falling asleep.
